This is a review of the dieting plan called Meal Plans 101. It is a very healthy dieting plan for losing a consistent amount of healthy weight. If you think that you know how to eat, you are most likely wrong. Meal Plans 101 has revolutionized how to eat and what to eat. This is what you will be getting with the Meal Plans 101 system:

  1. You will learn how to correctly count your calorie intake. Think you can count them already? Well think again – because most people count them wrong by an average of over thirty percent!
  2. There are thousands and thousands of different easy meal plans that are offered for you to choose from so that you will not get tired of your same old diet. Also, if your diet goals change, your meals can easily make the right adjustment.
  3. Some meal plan programs make you buy their expensive (and most of the time disgusting) foods. This allows you to buy and prepare your own food, which is much cheaper and healthier. They will even give you recipes and pointers to cook the food the right way.

Many people are looking for a weekly meal plan that will keep them looking fit, thin and healthy. The following weekly meal plan is for people whose goal is to look good for a special event like a ballroom dance, a day at the beach, or for every day looks.

Monday – Start off your weekly meal plan with fruits. You can start by having a banana for breakfast and a healthy drink (orange juice is great). For lunch, you can enjoy a turkey sandwich with few, if any condiments. For dinner, you get skinless chicken breast with vegetables and a piece of fruit for desert.

Tuesday – A bran muffin with a glass of apple or orange juice for breakfast. This weekly meal plan lets you eat last nights chicken for lunch. Enjoy that as you have stir fried vegetables for dinner.

Wednesday – Meal Plans 101 allows for a bran cereal for breakfast. For lunch you can have a salad with very little dressing. Dinner is served, and now you can eat spaghetti and meatballs, in moderation of course.

Thursday – A bowl of oatmeal will be great here. For lunch you can have the leftover spaghetti and meatballs that you resisted last night for dinner. And for tonight’s dinner, have a delicious bowl of chicken noodle soup or a wide variety of soup of your choice.

Friday – Today for breakfast, you get a couple pieces of toast and a large glass of low fat milk. A tuna sandwich will be expected for lunch. For dinner, you get to indulge yourself by eating a veggie burger.

Saturday – It is the weekend now and that means you have more time to cook your meals. Now you can get creative. You can now make eggs for breakfast with a nice muffin. For lunch you can eat a large bowl of bean soup. A veggie salad is one of your Saturday night dinner choices.

Sunday – For breakfast, you can enjoy a bagel with a glass of low fat milk and a mixed green salad for lunch. For dinner you can enjoy fish, some broccoli, and some fruits.

This is a strict example of what Meal Plans 101 has to offer. If you do not like a lot of the things listed in the above meal plan, do not stress. Meal Plans 101 has tons of different meal plans for you to choose from. This is a great program for you to lose weight with, by just dieting. It is easy, and you will lose HEALTHY weight.
